MKWD Citizen, Client Satisfaction Survey Shifts Online

August 24, 2022 – The Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) of Metro Kidapawan Water District mounts into digitalization which allows filing of Citizen/Client Satisfaction Survey (CCSS) through Google Form link/QR code in line with streamlining and digitalization directives given out by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. in his first State of the Nation Address (SONA), especially amid the lingering coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) crisis. Along with the digitalization of collection of customers’ feedback, CART also modified the CCSS to cover all dimensions of quality customer servicing to gather the sentiments of the public and use these as effective aide in the improvement of frontline services. The form is available through the link https://tinyurl.com/mkwdCCSS and also in MKWD’s official website. Apart from the digitalized form, physical forms of CCSS are made available at frontline units to cater those who do not have access to internet. MKWD, through its CART, continually monitors and see to it that each service is complying the MKWD’s Citizen’s Charter pursuant to Republic Act No. 11032: An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Delivery of Government Services – SMVR
