MKWD Exec headed by General Manager Stella M. Gonzales, paid a courtesy visit to the newly elected North Cotabato Vice Governor Emmylou “Lala” Talino-Mendoza on August 6, 2019 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Office.
VGov Lala welcomed MKWD Exec in Her office around 3:45 in the afternoon. MKWD Exec was full forced in the said visit. VGov Lala opened some issues and concerns about the water district and everything was discussed and talk about.
