Need to Reconnect Your Water Service? Here’s What You Need to Know!

Has your water connection been disconnected due to overdue payment? No worries! You can have it reconnected by settling your outstanding balance. If you request reconnection within six months of disconnection, you’ll only need to pay a ₱300 reconnection fee. But if it has been over six months, your request will be processed as a new connection, meaning you’ll need to go through the full application process and submit all the necessary requirements.

Requirements for water service connection:

  • Barangay Clearance (Purpose: For water connection)

  • Cedula (Photocopy)

  • Valid ID (Photocopy)

  • Land Title/Tax Declaration + Deed of Sale (Photocopy)

    • If the applicant is not the landowner: A notarized Affidavit of Consent OR a Consent/Authorization Letter is required.

    • If the applicant is the landowner but cannot personally process the application at MKWD: A notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) OR an Authorization Letter is required.

  • Location Sketch Map showing the Purok/Subdivision, at least two landmarks, street name, and the names and surnames of neighbors or adjacent property owners.

  • Orientation Seminar Certificate of Attendance

    • Seminar Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday at 1:00 PM.

Fees:

  • Water Meter              1,350
  • Application Fee         1,000
  • MSR                             1,700
  • Unpaid Water Bills  

 

Disconnection Service

Planning to be away from home for a long time? You can request a voluntary disconnection to avoid paying the monthly minimum water bill. This service has a ₱300 disconnection fee, and when you’re ready to reconnect, you’ll only need to pay another ₱300.
